Welcome to WallMRR. By accessing or using WallMRR websites, paired screen telemetry endpoints, or API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer”, “you”) and WallMRR (“we”, “our”, “us”). If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, company, or team, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Description of Service
WallMRR provides ambient revenue displays and telemetry aggregation for software businesses. The service connects to your billing providers (such as RevenueCat, Stripe, and Polar), normalizes recurring revenue into unified display units, and streams live telemetry to television screens, browsers, and mobile devices.
Accounts & Key Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any suspected breach or unauthorized access.
Principle of Least Privilege
When connecting data sources, you should always generate restricted, read-only API keys or tokens with minimal necessary permissions. WallMRR does not require and will never ask for full administrative write access or customer credit card details.
Billing & Subscriptions
WallMRR offers Free, Pro, and Studio tiers as described on our Pricing Page.
- Merchant of Record: Paid subscriptions are processed by Polar Sh Inc. (“Polar”). Polar handles sales tax calculation, EU VAT compliance, and secure invoice generation.
- Recurring Billing: Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual cycle until canceled.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Billing panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Third-Party Integrations
WallMRR integrates with third-party billing providers including Stripe, RevenueCat, and Polar. WallMRR is an independent software tool and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stripe, Inc., RevenueCat, Inc., or Apple Inc.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party API keys complies with the terms of service and acceptable use policies of the respective providers.
Public Walls & Handles
WallMRR allows you to optionally publish your revenue metrics on a public wall at wallmrr.com/[handle].
- Amount Obfuscation: You can choose whether your public wall shows exact figures or obscured orders of magnitude.
- Handle Reservations: Handles are claimed upon signup. We reserve the right to reclaim, reassign, or rename handles that violate trademarks, impersonate other companies or individuals, or violate our reserved keyword namespace.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe private networks, or disrupt service telemetry.
- Brute-force ephemeral 6-digit screen pairing codes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of non-public backend services.
- Use the service for illegal financial activities or deceptive claims.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
WallMRR is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Ambient revenue telemetry is intended for team motivation and operational awareness. It is not intended for certified financial auditing, accounting verification, or tax reporting.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WallMRR or its operators be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits or revenues.
